Wyatt King, VP of Security Services Group
Mr. King is a native of Colorado. A submarine might be the last place you’d expect to find Mr. King’s towering 6’6” frame, but that’s exactly where he started his career: serving in the U.S. Navy.

During his time in the Navy, Mr. King developed an interest in technology, security, and secure communication. As a civilian, his interest became a passion that led him to be one of the trusted names in the industry.

Mr. King has been involved in government and secure environments his entire career. He joined Ariel Technologies in 1999, bringing with him the perfect mix of technical expertise and government experience. Mr. King’s depth and breadth of knowledge in the enterprise security industry makes him a vital partner to Ariel Technologies.


Alfred Perez, President
Mr. Perez has built his professional career in the IT and security industries. In 1989, Mr. Perez founded Ariel Technologies. His vision was to build a company committed to a high level of customer service while also staying at the cutting edge of information technology and security.

In the early years, Ariel Technologies focused primarily on technology support for regional businesses. During those years, Mr. Perez developed strong relationships and a reputation for integrity.

Today Mr. Perez’s leadership has grown Ariel Technologies to an industry leader in security technology for the federal government and commercial clients.

Robert Alderete, Comptroller
Robert has a passion for analytical work, and he’s successful at what he does because he loves being challenged. He’s so skilled at forecasting, projecting and striving to be 100% accurate that if his coworkers could sum him up with one attribute, he’d be known as “The Numbers Guy.”

He has a BBA in Marketing and Accounting and is a member of SHRM. Robert joined the Ariel team 5 years ago.

Outside of work, Robert loves music, ceramics and target shooting. Throughout his career, he has been inspired by this quote from Winston Churchill — “Continuous effort, not strength or intelligence, is the key to unlocking our potential.”

Lori Moog, Human Resource Manager & Operations Administrator
Lori is passionate about people. She feels strongly that her team should be appreciated and supported, and seeing them thrive is her measure of success.

Lori has had many roles during her 15-year career with Ariel Technologies. She’s a hard worker who doesn’t quit, loves being challenged, and takes ownership of her mistakes. That’s makes Lori the amazing HR manager she is today and why she’s been awarded the SHRM Certificate of Achievement in Essentials of Human Resources.

Lori was born and raised in San Diego, CA but moved to Las Cruces in 2005 to escape California’s high cost of living. In all she does, she seeks to radiate the light of Christ with Nick, her amazing husband of 16 years, and Kylee and Noah, her two incredible children.

Matt Harshey, Security Operations Manager

Matt is passionate about finding the right solution. That’s why he’s been so successful during his 15-year career with Ariel Technologies in the information technology and security industry. His self-driven, strong work ethic and wealth of experience in IT makes Matt unstoppable.

He joined Ariel’s team in 2005 after he graduated from New Mexico State University. He loves the community and personal connections he’s built while being on staff.

Before college, Matt spent over 10 years as a Wildland Firefighter. He’s originally from Ruidoso, NM, but moved to Broomfield, CO in 2013. Outside of work, he loves snow skiing, riding his 2011 Road King Classic Harley Davidson, and spending time with his friends and family.
